In a bold move to empower and engage the youth of Imo State, Hon. Dr. Emeka Mandela, the Honourable Commissioner for Youth Development and Talent Hunt, has launched a groundbreaking initiative aimed at shaping the future of young Imolites. The campaign, centered around the 3Es—Enlightenment, Engagement, and Empowerment, seeks to provide the state's youth with the tools and opportunities they need to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

Dr. Mandela’s efforts are not just about skill development; they also aim to foster a stronger relationship between Imo's young population and the state government, led by His Excellency, Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodinma CON.
