Polo Luxury Denies Involvement in Alleged $290,000 Fake Watch Transaction

Polo Luxury has strongly denied any involvement in a reported fake luxury watch transaction valued at $290,000, allegedly linked to former Plateau State Governor, Mr. Joshua Dariye.

In a statement issued by the company, Polo Luxury clarified that it had no connection to the individuals or the so-called “Polo Wristwatch” mentioned in circulating reports.

“Polo Luxury was never involved in the said transaction, and neither have the individuals named in the reports, Emmanuel Odogwu and Franklin Gideon (alias Kelvin), ever been employees of Polo. We are also unaware of any watch brand called ‘Polo Wristwatch,’” the company stated.

Polo Luxury, which has represented some of the world’s most prestigious watch and jewellery brands for over 35 years—including Rolex, Cartier, Omega, Chopard, Piaget, Bovet, IWC, and Longines—reaffirmed its commitment to integrity, authenticity, and excellence.
