Wema Bank, a leader in innovative banking in Nigeria and the pioneer of Africa’s first fully digital bank, ALAT, is set to launch the fourth season of its popular 5 for 5 Promo on October 1, 2024. This reward initiative, designed to recognize and reward customer loyalty, was first introduced in 2021.

The 5 for 5 Promo features live draws that select winners from Wema Bank’s active customers based on a minimum monthly transaction requirement of just N5,000. Over its first three seasons, the promo has distributed over N150 million to 2,378 Nigerians, significantly impacting participants across all six geopolitical zones in the country.

Moruf Oseni, MD/CEO of Wema Bank, emphasized the bank's commitment to providing valuable returns to its customers. He stated, “The past seasons have been highly successful, and I assure you this upcoming season will be the biggest yet, with more opportunities to win.”

Customers can prepare for the new season by requesting a debit card, onboarding the ALAT app, or accessing the bank’s USSD platform at *945#. A special Independence Day live draw will kick off the season, marking a celebration of rewards and financial empowerment for all participants.

With qualifying transactions made via Wema Bank and ALAT channels, Nigerians can look forward to potential rewards throughout the season.
