Upon inspection, Hon. Lalu observed to his utter dismay, that substandard materials were repeatedly used at every stage of the construction in violation of what was initially quoted for approval of the contract resulting in avoidable structural defects. While expressing his dissatisfaction with the quality of work, he said it was a conscious and inexplicable deviation from the initial building plans and structural designs which he saw as an attempt to test the will of approval of work, and immediately ordered the contractors to remobilize and replace the substandard facilities in compliance with and in strict adherence to the original specifications.
Hon. Lalu emphasized that the safety and conducive learning environment for students' comfort was utmost to him and of paramount importance, and said conclusively that anything contrary to the laid-out structural designs and procedures had failed the test of compromise.
