On Tuesday, September 17, 2024, Dr. Emeka Mandela, the Honorable Commissioner for Youth Development and Talent Hunt, held a meeting with the National Association of Uniform Voluntary Organizations, led by National Coordinator Amb. Abraham Kwaghfan. 

During the visit, the organization sought collaborative efforts to enhance the welfare of its members. They praised the Pan Nigerian Youth Governor, Senator Hope Uzodimma, for his ongoing support of volunteerism across the state and Nigeria.

In response, Dr. Mandela expressed gratitude for their visit and reaffirmed his commitment to promoting volunteerism through new policies. He assured the organization that its members would play a significant role in the upcoming October 1 Independence Day Celebration.

The visit culminated in the organization bestowing the title of "Ambassador of Forensic Guards" upon Dr. Mandela.
