Prominent Nigerian clergyman, Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin, has extended an olive branch to popular activist Martins Vincent Otse, known as Verydarkman, by withdrawing a N1 billion lawsuit against him. The lawsuit had been filed after Verydarkman mocked the prophet for selling miracle water to the public.

In an official statement, Prophet Fufeyin announced his decision to drop the case and forgive the activist, citing the teachings of Jesus Christ. "Verydarkman, I, Prophet Jeremiah Fufeyin, extend forgiveness to you. I am withdrawing the court case against you. Following the teachings of Jesus, who preached peace and corrected sinners, I forgive you. May you learn from your mistakes and walk in righteousness from now on, my son,” the clergyman stated.

Despite the legal threat, Verydarkman remained defiant and decided to test the efficacy of Prophet Fufeyin’s miracle water. After receiving a restraining order, he purchased some of the prophet’s products and visited a disability home in Abuja, where he administered the miracle water to physically disabled individuals. However, no miraculous results were reported.

Verydarkman shared a video of the event on Instagram, captioning it: "I have gone to test Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin's healing water on the blind and crippled at the biggest disability home in the whole of Abuja. @prophetjeremiahomoto, is this how it works?"

The situation has generated significant attention, with many observing the unfolding drama between the controversial activist and the renowned clergyman.
